There's a simple rule to effective outdoor advertising: less is more. Try to stick to one benefit or promise. Unless you're speaking to a target audience that is stuck in traffic, assume they have only a few seconds to read your message. Simply put, If you try to say everything, you'll communicate nothing.
TERRATEC NATURALS
While investigating the benefits of TerraTec Naturals (a composite decking material made with rice-fiber) I came across a unique selling point that the company overlooked: a surprising resistance to stains from oil-based substances. Anyone who has ever barbecued on their deck knows the pitfalls of grease. To demonstrate this benefit, I created a campaign entitled, “Less stains. Less worries.” featuring a precocious kid, (Aiden Attebery) armed with a greasy household condiment.
